About us:
"FR8" is a technology-driven logistics platform that connects shippers and verified truck owners across India to simplify and streamline long-haul truck bookings and freight movement.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the connection between customers with available loads and nearby truckers to ensure efficient dispatching.
- Monitor shipment progress and provide accurate, timely status updates to customers.
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with both customers and trucking partners to support smooth operations.
- Coordinate with truckers after unloading to assign new loads and optimize fleet utilization.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely loading and unloading of cargo.
- Proactively address any operational issues to ensure seamless end-to-end logistics flow.
10-20% HR responsibilities
Skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong coordination skills
- Effective negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Language required:
Spoken Arabic & Hindi, (English will be an added advantage) - Must be a citizen of Saudi (KSA).
