Fleet Specialist - Facility | alfanar Electric Job Purpose
Support the daily operation of company vehicles through regular maintenance, proper documentation, timely renewals, and clear communication with drivers and users.
Key Accountability Areas- Prepare and submit reports on the working condition of company vehicles and equipment to relevant departmental authorities.
- File reports for any delays, incidents, or accidents involving fleet vehicles.
- Maintain open communication with drivers and address any issues or concerns raised by them.
- Coordinate regular maintenance and repairs for all company vehicles.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure vehicles are in proper working condition.
- Maintain a spare vehicle ready for use in emergencies.
- Monitor and ensure timely renewal of vehicle insurances and licenses.
- Investigate, verify, and resolve any customer complaints related to fleet operations.
- Handle monthly payments related to fleet operations, including leasing, servicing, and other associated costs.
- Manage regular fuel and maintenance expenses for vehicles under supervision.
- Handover vehicles to users as per requirement and ensure proper documentation.
- Obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job.
- Perform the planned activities to meet operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
- Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
- Provide a periodic report detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.
- Solve related problems arising and escalates any complex operational issues.
- Ensure quality requirements by developing effective quality control processes, including specifications for products or processes or related activities.
- Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities as much as possible.
- Comply with related policy and procedures and work instructions.
- Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
Work Experience2 to 4 Years.
