Responsibilities
- Safely operate and navigate the bus, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure passenger safety.
- Conduct pre‑trip inspections to verify that the bus is in optimal working condition and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, ensuring that all individuals, including those with disabilities, receive the necessary support.
- Maintain a punctual schedule by effectively planning routes and adjusting to traffic conditions while prioritizing safety.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements.
- Minimum of 5 years of driving experience, demonstrating a proven track record of safe and responsible driving.
- Experience in passenger transport is preferred.
