About the Company
Riyadh Air (RX), headquartered in the Saudi Capital, is the new national airline shaping the future of flying. It seeks to lead the aviation industry by transforming Saudi Arabia into a global aviation and trade hub – a digitally native airline that will connect the kingdom to more than 100 destinations.
About the RoleAs a Crew Duty Controller, you will support the seamless delivery of worldwide Flight and Cabin Crew operations by ensuring the effective allocation of crew resources while maintaining safe, compliant, and efficient airline operations across a dynamic 24/7 environment.
- You will provide operational oversight of crew rosters, crew readiness, regulatory compliance, qualifications, and certifications, ensuring every operation is delivered in line with Flight Duty Time Limitations (FDTL), fatigue risk management principles, and applicable GACA, IATA, and ICAO regulations.
- You will contribute to business continuity by managing operational disruptions, responding to flight and crew-related incidents, and coordinating timely solutions that balance operational performance, crew welfare, and customer commitments.
- The role requires confident decision-making, clear communication, and strong stakeholder management as you represent Crew Operations across the Operations Control Centre (OCC), partnering with internal teams, airport operations, external service providers, and regulatory authorities to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- There is an excellent opportunity to drive continuous improvement initiatives, analyze operational performance, support strategic projects, and help shape a world-class crew operation that reflects Riyadh Air's ambition to redefine the future of aviation.
- Degree qualified, High School diploma (Grade 12) with a minimum of 4 years' experience in crew control, crew scheduling, or planning—preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- You are expected to have proven ability to manage disruptions and make timely, data-driven decisions in high-pressure situations.
- This role requires solid understanding of airline operations and aviation regulations.
- We’d love to hear from you even more if you have certifications in aviation operations or crew resource management.
