Food Delivery Courier (Nepali Speaking

We are hiring a Nepali-speaking Food Delivery Courier to join our team in Riyadh. As a courier you will be responsible for delivering food orders from our partner restaurants to customers in a timely and efficient manner. Your main duties will include picking up orders, navigating to delivery locations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Must be fluent in Nepali and able to communicate effectively in English
• Valid drivers licence and clean driving record
• Familiarity with navigation apps such as Google Maps
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg

• Pick up food orders from partner restaurants and ensure accuracy of items
• Deliver orders to customers homes or offices within designated time frames
• Navigate efficiently using navigation apps and follow designated routes
• Handle cash payments from customers when required
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any issues or concerns promptly
