Logistics Coordinator (Indian Nationality Only)

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the transportation and delivery of goods for our company. This is a contract position with the opportunity for long-term employment.

• Coordinate the shipment of goods from suppliers to our warehouse or directly to customers
• Monitor and track the progress of shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to resolve any issues or delays
• Prepare necessary shipping documents and ensure compliance with customs regulations
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and delivery schedules
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations

• Must be an Indian national residing in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
• Fluent in English language (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
• Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role
• Familiarity with logistics software and systems
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Must have own accommodation in Riyadh
• Valid visa and ability to work in Saudi Arabia
