Logistics Coordinator - Entry Level
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is an entry level position, making it the perfect opportunity for Indians looking to start their career in logistics.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
- Communicate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Track shipments and maintain accurate records of inventory
- Prepare and process shipping documents such as invoices and customs clearance forms
- Assist with budgeting and cost analysis for transportation services
- Identify areas for improvement in logistics processes and implement solutions
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding transportation of goods
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- No prior experience required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of logistics software (e.g. SAP, Oracle) is a plus
