Logistics Coordinator (Indian/Malayalee)

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the movement of goods and materials. Your role will involve working closely with suppliers, transporters, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of products. You should have experience in logistics operations and possess excellent communication skills to liaise with different parties involved in the supply chain.

This full-time position in Riyadh offers a salary of 1100$ per month without accommodation. A biometric passport is required for this role.

• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Communicate with transporters to arrange for pick-up and delivery schedules
• Monitor inventory levels and track shipments to avoid delays
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during transportation or storage
• Prepare reports on shipment status, inventory levels, and other logistics-related data
• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments
• Work closely with warehouse teams to plan and optimize storage space

• Indian or Malayalee nationality preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics operations
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
• Familiarity with supply chain management software (e.g. SAP, Oracle)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Biometric passport required
