- Manage the daily operations of multiple delivery stations within the assigned region, including parcel collection, sorting, delivery, Return-to-Origin (RTO), and Cash-on-Delivery (COD) operations. Ensure operational efficiency and achieve delivery Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
- Lead, develop, and manage Station Managers, local supervisors, and both in-house and outsourced courier teams.
- Drive Saudization workforce targets and oversee workforce scheduling, attendance, and daily station operations.
- Monitor key operational KPIs, including Proof of Delivery (POD), First Attempt Delivery Rate, Delivery Success Rate, Delivery Timeliness, and Damage/Loss Rate.
- Develop and implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) to continuously improve station performance.
- Experience in logistics, express delivery, or e-commerce operations.
- Proven experience managing multiple sites and frontline operations teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with logistics / courier companies is preferred.
- Languages:
High proficient in Chinese Mandarin & English/Arabic
