Dispatch Agent

We are looking for a Dispatch Agent to support fast-paced last-mile delivery operations. The role is responsible for coordinating and monitoring orders from pickup to customer delivery, ensuring efficient dispatching, timely deliveries, and quick resolution of operational issues.

• Coordinate and dispatch orders to delivery partners efficiently
• Monitor active deliveries and ensure orders are delivered within the expected timeframe
• Communicate with delivery partners and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Track order status and take immediate action on delayed, cancelled, or problematic orders
• Resolve operational issues and elevate critical cases when required
• Follow up on delivery performance and ensure service-level targets are met
• Maintain accurate dispatch and delivery records
• Support daily operations and contribute to improving delivery efficiency and customer experience

• 0-3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, delivery operations, or a related field
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Good attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and ability to work with operational systems
• Good command of English;
  Arabic is a plus
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends when required
