Logistics Coordinator

We are in need of a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh. As a logistics coordinator you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the transportation and storage of goods ensuring efficient and timely delivery to our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for an Indian national with strong English communication skills seeking part-time employment or a job while studying.

• Coordinate the shipment of goods from suppliers to our warehouse and from our warehouse to customers
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels orders shipments and deliveries
• Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers by monitoring shipping schedules and tracking shipments
• Communicate with suppliers transporters and customs officials to ensure smooth transportation and delivery of goods
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the shipping process
• Monitor shipping costs and negotiate rates with carriers to ensure cost-effective transportation solutions

• Indian national residing in Riyadh with a valid work permit or student visa
• Fluent in English Arabic language skills are a plus
• Proven experience as a logistics coordinator or similar role preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Excel Word and logistics software

Salary 1600 USD per month negotiable based on experience
