What you’ll lead

• Own flight-crew professional standards, SOPs, and crew standardisation across the operation.
• Oversee line operations, the check-airman programme, and flight-crew currency and competence.
• Manage crew discipline, mentoring, and continuous improvement of operating practices.
• Support the Director of Operations and deputise on operational matters as required.
• Interface with GACA on flight-crew standards, ensuring full regulatory compliance.

• Full-time management appointment under GACAR Part 121.45, acceptable to the GACA President based on experience, competence, and knowledge.
• Comprehensive understanding of GACAR, operations specifications, applicable airworthiness requirements, and the operations manual (GACAR 121.45(e) & (g)).
• ATP/ATPL (ICAO) with appropriate ratings for at least one aircraft type used in the operation.
• For a first-time Chief Pilot appointment: at least 3 years’ experience within the past 6 years as Pilot in Command of a Part 121 aircraft.
• Desirable:
  Airbus A320/A321 family experience; strong record in SOP development and crew standardisation; fluent English (Arabic an advantage).
