Logistics Coordinator Indian Nationals

Logistics Coordinator - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Indian Nationals Preferred). We are currently hiring for the position of Logistics Coordinator for our company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the transportation and distribution of goods and materials. • Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods and products to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Monitor shipment schedules, track shipments, and resolve any issues that may arise during transportation.
• Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs documents.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
• Collaborate with different departments to plan and optimize logistics processes.
• Ensure compliance with local transportation laws and regulations.

• Indian national with a valid passport.
• Proven work experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role.
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
• Familiarity with logistics software such as SAP or TMS is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi/Urdu (English proficiency is not required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
