Main responsibilities:

1. Order Delivery

Receiving and delivering orders to customers on time.

Adherence to approved delivery routes and operating instructions.

Maintaining the safety of orders until they are delivered to the customer.

Perform all required authentication procedures through the application or approved systems.

2. Achieving operational targets

Maintaining readiness and receiving orders during the specified working hours.

Achieving the approved daily and monthly targets.

Commitment to the required performance levels and quality of service provided to customers.

3. Managing Financial Resources

Collection of payments for cash orders upon delivery.

Settlement of collected amounts in accordance with the specified procedures and time period.

Preserve the collected funds and do not use them for any personal purpose.

4. Customer Service

Treat customers with respect and professionalism.

Representing the company positively while performing work.

Contributing to raising the level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

5. Safety and compliance

Full compliance with traffic regulations and organizational instructions.

Use the required safety equipment while working.

6. Private vehicle liability

Providing a vehicle that is permanently usable for performing work duties under the ownership of the employee or an official authorized representative of the vehicle.
