The Receiving Agent is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming materials and products. They ensure that deliveries are accurate and that items are in good condition upon arrival.

• Receive shipments and verify contents by comparing purchase orders and invoices.
• Inspect received items for damage, defects, or discrepancies.
• Document and record incoming materials or products.
• Report any issues or discrepancies to the appropriate team members.
• Organize received items in designated storage areas.
• Assist in loading and unloading shipments when necessary.
