Team Leader - Warehose and Logistics

Roles and Responsibilities

• Complete shift management for the assigned shifts, including roster management and adherence.
• Oversee delivery staff, logistics associates, core colleagues and temporary staff in the assigned shift.
• Ensure timely putaway and pickup of stock transfers.
• Adhere to all warehouse SOPs in case of excess, shortage or damages in transfers.
• Respond promptly to transfer pre‑alerts from the source warehouse.
• Prevent delivery breaches and hand over orders to drivers on time.
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Ensure health and safety of staff present in the shift.
• Handle crises through escalation management.
• Submit end‑of‑shift reports and guarantee 100% cash collection closure.
• Train core colleagues and DAs on relevant processes.
• Manage customer‑initiated returns – ensure CIRs are picked up and processed as per policy.
• Send shift end reports for all activities performed.
• Follow up with third‑party vendors directly for concerns or absenteeism.

• Minimum graduation degree
• Command over Excel/Google Sheets
• Previous knowledge of inventory management (preferred)
• Previous experience in the logistics sector (preferred)
• Knowledge of English & Arabic (preferred)
