Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions: receipts, issues, transfers, returns.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory balance.
- Conduct periodic physical stock counts and full inventory audits.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate discrepancies.
- Prepare inventory reports daily, weekly, monthly.
- Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to maintain stock availability.
- Track slow-moving, fast-moving, and obsolete items.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of materials.
- Implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse, or stock management.
