As an FC Associate I, you will support warehouse operations under general supervision. Responsibilities include shipment receiving, checking, order preparation, and dispatching while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Goods receiving – unloading, checking, and putting away consignments.
• Order preparation – picking, packing, scanning, and labeling of customer orders.
• Dispatch – verify documentation and load vehicles, including value‑added services such as cello wrapping, heat shrinking, and labeling.
• Stock management – maintain accurate inventory, assist in counts, and ensure proper stock handling.
• Process compliance – strictly follow standard procedures, work instructions, and safety protocols (ISO 45001/14001).
• Equipment care – use machinery and consumables efficiently, report defects, and assist in maintenance.
• Warehouse upkeep – keep storage areas clean, organized, and accessible.
• Reporting – notify supervisors of stock defects, damage, or incidents and complete required documentation promptly.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Previous warehouse or related operations experience is advantageous but not required; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Skills:
  
  Basic computer proficiency, familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Physical:
  Good stamina to perform manual tasks.
• Knowledge:
  Understanding of inventory, shipping/receiving processes, and safety protocols.
• Attributes:
  Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, teamwork, and commitment to safety.
