Responsibilities:
  • Monitor stock levels and reorder products as necessary.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels in the system.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and forecast future stock requirements.
  • Generate reports on stock levels, turnover rates, and inventory performance.
  • Provide insights to management regarding inventory issues and recommendations for improvement.
  • Oversee the receiving of incoming stock and ensure it is properly logged and stored.
  • Coordinate the distribution of stock to various departments or locations as required.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during the handling of inventory.
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
  • Identify and resolve inventory-related issues or discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to optimize stock availability.
  • Work closely with warehouse staff, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure smooth inventory operations.
  • Train and supervise staff on inventory management procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations regarding inventory management.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • One year of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
