Warehouse Manager

Overview

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team in Riyadh. As a Warehouse Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods to customers.

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing merchandise.
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are accurately recorded and processed.
• Maintain inventory levels and conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
• Develop and implement warehouse procedures to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Monitor employee productivity and performance, providing feedback as necessary.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of goods.
• Identify areas for improvement within the warehouse operations and implement solutions to increase efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse management role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory management, and logistics.
• Excellent communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
• Proficiency in computer systems, including inventory management software.
• Ability to lead a team effectively with strong leadership skills.
• Proven track record of meeting targets and deadlines.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours when needed.

Competitive salary of $900 per month, along with accommodation and visa sponsorship for Indian nationals.
