- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, equipment, and supplies against purchase orders and delivery notes
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels within the ERP or inventory management system
- Monitor stock movement and conduct periodic inventory counts and reconciliation
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of materials to prevent damage or loss
- organize warehouse/store layout for efficient storage and retrieve
- issue materials to project teams and departments based on approved requisition
- ensure all material movements are properly documented and authorize
- coordinate transfer of materials between project sites and central warehouse when require
- Prepare and maintain records including Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Slips (MIS), stock reports, and inventory summary
- Generate periodic inventory and consumption reports for management review
- Support internal and external inventory audit
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in store keeping, warehouse operations
