Team Leader, Warehouse

Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Team Leader to lead, manage, and motivate a team of warehouse associates. You will play a vital role in achieving our business goals by focusing on continuous improvement, operational quality, and attentive customer service.

• Lead and motivate warehouse team members to achieve daily operational targets.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure all Health & Safety policies and procedures are strictly followed on-site.
• Maintain high standards of stock accuracy and operational quality control.
• Identify training needs and support the professional development of your team.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure all operational requirements are met.

• Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory position.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and engage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing and supporting colleagues at all levels.
• A commitment to continuous improvement and driving operational excellence.
• Solid understanding of Health & Safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
