- Receive incoming materials and supplies, and verify conformity with
- purchase orders and invoices.
- Record received items in the approved inventory system and issue stock
- cards.
- Arrange and store materials in an orderly and safe manner to ensure easy
- access.
- Issue materials based on approved departmental requests and document
- all withdrawals
- Monitor stock levels and alert management when reordering is required.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile results with
- records.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and adherence to safety procedures within
- the warehouse.
- Prepare periodic reports on stock movements and any warehouse-related
- observations.
- Coordinate with the Procurement and Finance Departments to update
- related data and documentation.
- Ensure that all stock records and documents are properly organized and
- easily accessible.
- Have Experience in ERP (receiving, issuing and reporting) .
