Job Objective:
Detail-oriented and highly reliable professional seeking a Warehouse Operator position. Committed to ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient material handling, and strict adherence to safety, security, and operational protocols. Dedicated to maintaining organized storage systems, supporting timely dispatch and receipt of goods, and contributing to smooth and compliant warehouse operations while upholding high standards of quality and accountability.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Accurately store materials in designated locations while maintaining an organized and easily accessible inventory system.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch in a timely manner, ensuring correct items and quantities are shipped.
- Maintain up-to-date inventory records using warehouse management systems and perform regular stock counts and audits.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners safely and efficiently.
- Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and tracking of all materials and shipments.
- Follow all safety guidelines, security procedures, and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods while minimizing damage and ensuring proper handling techniques.
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to supervisors promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to support efficient operations.
- Coordinate with team members and other departments to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and accuracy.
- Perform physical and system transactions (ERP/SAP/Oracle) for stock movements.
- Prepare kits and materials for production / maintenance teams.
- Conduct cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
At least 5 years of relevant experience.
Qualification, Certification & Educational Requirements- 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, or material handling operations.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanning devices is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Good organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic numerical and data entry skills for inventory tracking.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and company policies.
- Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to maintaining efficient warehouse operations.
- Experience in vaults, warehouses, or inventory operations.
- Knowledge of security and access control procedures.
- Experience in ERP systems for inventory management.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint for reporting.
- Narrow aisle forklift experience (good to have).
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive materials.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a secure and compliance-based environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and equipment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.
- Basic Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) training.
- Relevant certifications in logistics or supply chain management are beneficial.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and Saudi regulations.
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Maintain shipping documents, delivery notes, and inventory logs.
- Take care of your own safety and the safety of others as far as practicable.
- Be aware of and play an active role in achieving Thales HSE policy and objectives.
- Comply with local HSE laws and legislation.
- Use safety equipment (including PPE) as required and intended.
- Lead by example and actively encourage departments to conserve water & energy, minimize waste generation, and encourage recycling.
- Report immediately to line manager and the HSE department if any conditions may affect health and safety of yourself or others.
