Senior Specialist – Logistics Centers

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of receiving operations, including unloading, sorting, and processing inbound shipments
• Ensure the accurate and timely documentation of received shipments, including updating inventory records
• Supervise team members, providing guidance in receiving operations, fostering efficiency, accuracy, and teamwork
• Collaborate with other warehouse departments, such as inventory control, warehouse operations, and quality control, to ensure the efficient receiving of products
• Ensure monitoring of receiving operations to maintain a high level of operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety and regulatory requirements in the receiving area

• 3+ years of experience in distribution center receiving operations
• Leadership knowledge of receiving processes, inventory systems, and supply chain operations
• Knowledge of inventory systems and processes
• Ability to guide and motivate team members for effective and efficient operations
• Skill in identifying and implementing improvements to enhance receiving processes
• Expertise in monitoring and analyzing KPIs to drive continuous improvement in receiving operations
