FGC is seeking a hands‑on Warehouse Manager to lead the Central Warehouse supporting the System Integration Division and related business operations.
The role is responsible for managing daily warehouse operations while driving inventory accuracy, ERP compliance, warehouse process improvements, storage optimization, KPI management, and readiness for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Advanced Warehouse Management (WMS).
Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations- Manage and continuously improve daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, issuing, transfers, and dispatch.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage utilization.
- Ensure safe, organized, and efficient warehouse operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Ensure all warehouse transactions are processed through the ERP system.
- Manage warehouse locations, bin structures, and inventory accuracy.
- Eliminate reliance on manual inventory records and spreadsheets.
- Implement and enforce the approved Warehouse Policies, Procedures and Manual (PPM).
- Lead continuous warehouse process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Support warehouse readiness for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Advanced Warehouse Management (WMS), including process design, barcode implementation, testing, and user training.
- Implement cycle counting and inventory reconciliation programs.
- Monitor inventory ageing, slow‑moving, non‑moving, and obsolete inventory.
- Develop and monitor warehouse KPIs including inventory accuracy, GRN processing, material issuance, picking accuracy, productivity, and space utilization.
- Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse team.
- Coordinate closely with Procurement, Logistics, Projects, Finance, and ERP teams to ensure efficient material flow and system compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 8–10 years of warehouse experience, including at least 3 years in a Warehouse Manager or similar leadership role.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a similar ERP system.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP process improvement is highly preferred.
- Experience in System Integration, ICT, Electronics, Networking, ELV, AV, or Technology Distribution industries is highly preferred.
