Inventory Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems.
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Track inventory movements, including receipts, transfers, returns, and adjustments.
- Monitor inventory levels and recommend reorder quantities based on demand forecasts.
- Prepare inventory reports and analyze stock trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.
- Support warehouse operations, including organizing and labeling inventory.
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Assist in implementing inventory management best practices.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
- Experience using ERP or inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
