- Perform regular cycle counts according to the warehouse inventory control plan.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
- Review warehouse system transactions, including receiving, put-away, picking, and adjustments.
- Ensure correct stock put-away in assigned storage locations according to warehouse layout and procedures.
- Monitor product availability and stock levels to support operational requirements.
- Coordinate with warehouse operations teams to correct inventory errors.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Support periodic full inventory counts and stock audits.
- Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and operational standards
. - Prepare inventory accuracy reports and highlight discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor.
