Warehouse Manager (Indian Nationals Only)

Our company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is currently seeking a Warehouse Manager who is an Indian national. This is a contract position without the requirement of English language skills and previous experience. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

• Oversee all warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and shipping of products
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to optimize productivity and minimize errors
• Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate shipping schedules and resolve any inventory discrepancies or issues
• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments, including tracking numbers and delivery confirmations
• Monitor warehouse expenses and budget accordingly

• Must be an Indian national currently residing in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia with a valid residence permit (Iqama)
• Fluency in Hindi or any other Indian language preferred but not required
• Must have excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role is an advantage but not mandatory
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while adhering to deadlines
• Must be physically fit as the job may involve heavy lifting at times
