Warehouse Manager

Lead and manage warehousing and logistics operations to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality processes across receiving, storage, order picking, shipping, and store deliveries.

• Manage and improve warehouse receiving, storage, picking, and shipping processes.
• Ensure stock accuracy, product quality, and proper storage conditions.
• Oversee delivery planning, routing, fleet, drivers, and vehicle operations.
• Monitor warehouse and transportation performance through KPIs and reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and government requirements.
• Manage vendor and supplier coordination and communication.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, space utilization, and transportation costs.
• Ensure safety, organization, and continuous process improvement across operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, preferably within the food/restaurant industry.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel and regularly visit warehouses.
