. We're seeking a reliable Warehouse Officer to manage our storage operations and ensure product integrity.

• Manage receiving, storage, and dispatch of medical devices and disposables

• Ensure proper handling and storage conditions as per regulatory requirements

• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS)

• Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy

• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for smooth material flow

• Ensure compliance with Good Storage Practices (GSP) and ISO standards

• Manage warehouse housekeeping, safety, and organization

• Handle product traceability, lot tracking, and expiry date management

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field

• 2-4 years of warehouse experience, preferably in medical devices or pharmaceuticals

• Knowledge of Good Storage Practices and regulatory compliance

• Experience with WMS/ERP systems

• Strong organizational and physical stamina

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Basic knowledge of medical device handling requirements
