Saudi Gold Refinery (SGR) is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of industrial and chemical inventory. This role supports the downstream refining operations by ensuring critical consumables are available for continuous production. The position requires strict adherence to safety standards for hazardous materials and accurate inventory control within our ERP system.

The Warehouse Supervisor will report directly to the Supply Chain Manager and will play a key role in maintaining operational continuity for the refinery. This position impacts production efficiency by minimizing stockouts and ensuring rapid processing of inbound logistics.

The following responsibilities define the core accountabilities for this position.

The role maintains inventory accuracy above 98% by conducting regular cycle counts and investigating discrepancies immediately.

This position ensures all chemical reagents are stored in compliance with SASO standards and MSDS requirements to prevent safety incidents.

The supervisor manages shift rosters for warehouse operators to ensure adequate coverage for 24/7 refinery operations.

The role verifies incoming shipments against purchase orders and coordinates with customs brokers to clear goods efficiently.

This position enforces strict adherence to PTW and LOTO procedures during all warehouse and maintenance interactions.

The supervisor processes all goods receipts and issues in the ERP system to ensure real‑time visibility of stock levels.

This role optimizes warehouse layout and bin locations to improve picking efficiency and maximize storage capacity.

The position provides accurate documentation and physical verification support for internal and external audits.

The supervisor oversees third‑party logistics personnel to ensure they comply with SGR site access and safety rules.

This role identifies bottlenecks in warehouse workflows and implements solutions to reduce handling time and errors.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related technical discipline.
• Five or more years of warehouse supervision experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of hazardous material handling and storage regulations.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as Odoo and Jisr for inventory transactions.
• Understanding of Saudi Customs procedures and import documentation.
• Valid forklift certification and ability to train others on safe equipment operation.
• Fluency in English and Arabic for effective communication with staff and authorities.
• Ability to work in an industrial plant environment with associated physical demands.
