IIQAF Group is seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Assistant to support warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations within a hospital and health care environment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for receiving, checking, storing, picking, packing, issuing, and organizing medical supplies, healthcare products, equipment, consumables, and general inventory.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily warehouse operations, inventory management, stock handling, and material movement.
- Receive medical supplies, healthcare products, equipment, consumables, and general materials from suppliers.
- Check incoming deliveries against purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, and receiving documents.
- Assist with incoming and outgoing shipment documentation.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment and material-handling tools safely.
- Follow workplace safety, infection prevention, hygiene, and healthcare facility procedures.
- Report unsafe conditions, damaged storage equipment, spills, hazards, and other warehouse safety concerns.
- Assist with periodic warehouse audits and inventory inspections.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling documents, patient-related materials, or sensitive healthcare information.
- Perform other warehouse, inventory, stock control, and logistics support duties assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Assistant, Warehouse Worker, Warehouse Associate, Store Assistant, Inventory Assistant, Stock Assistant, or similar position.
- Experience in a hospital, clinic, pharmacy, medical center, healthcare facility, medical supply company, or pharmaceutical warehouse is an advantage.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, stock control, receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital or healthcare environment.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
