We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Controller to join our team and ensure accurate inventory management, efficient warehouse operations, and effective stock control.
Key Responsibilities- monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory records using SAP ERP systems
- conducting regular cycle counts, monthly stock counts, and annual physical inventory checks
- investigating inventory discrepancies
- managing inventory transactions such as goods receipts, material issuance, stock transfers, and adjustments
- coordinating with procurement, production, and warehouse teams
- ensuring accurate recording of inbound and outbound shipments
- preparing daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
- a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in inventory control, warehousing, or supply chain operations
- strong hands-on experience with SAP inventory management systems
- knowledge of inventory control procedures and stock reconciliation
- proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
