- Base salary: $50,000 per year
- Uncapped monthly & quarterly incentive earnings
- Total expected compensation: $80,000+ per year
- Base salary may vary based on experience
- Build trust and rapport with patients and team members
- Communicate clearly and compassionately, even when discussing complex topics
- Guide individuals through important decisions with empathy and professionalism
- Present personalized solutions based on individual needs
- Support patients in understanding their options and making informed choices
- Meet and exceed performance goals through consultative engagement
