Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive medical care in post-acute, skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living settings.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and ensure proper documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Potential to serve as Medical Director with additional compensation.
- Travel between multiple facilities; minimal weekend and holiday call (no night shifts).
MD/DO, NC license or eligibility, strong communication skills; experience in post-acute care preferred.
