ECU Health Physicians and ECU Health Women’s Care-Roanoke Rapids, located in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina are seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to join a new women’s care practice. Experienced applicants with CNM independent practice status are preferred.

Roanoke Rapids offers an excellent work-life balance with the ability to live on Lake Gaston, a 20,000 acre lake perfect for fishing and boating.

• Ob and Gyn outpatient clinical responsibilities with ability to incorporate hospital responsibilities over time as desired by CNM and based on the needs of the department
• Monday-Friday—No call, weekends, or holidays
• Strong support by the ECU Health Women’s/Children’s Service Line at ECU Health Medical Center & ECU Health’s Maynard Children’s Hospital
• Applicants will be required to have BLS certification from The American Heart Association

• Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)
• Independent practice status preferred
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
