Join Auto Zone’s store teams as a Retail Sales Associate. You will provide WOW! Customer Service, help customers find the right parts and solutions, maintain inventory, and support sales and store operations.

Auto Zone’s store teams are the frontline of WOW! Customer Service, ensuring that customers find the right parts and solutions for their automotive needs. Store employees maintain well‑stocked inventory, assist customers with product selection, and provide expert advice to enhance the shopping experience. They play a vital role in driving sales, maintaining store operations, and fostering a positive, knowledgeable retail environment.

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment; support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point‑of‑sale procedures, loss‑prevention policies ensuring proper financial management; keep store operations running smoothly.
• Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently; follow company safety policies and use PPE.
• Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through Auto Zone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.

• Minimum Age Requirement:
  Must be at least 16 years old.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

  Availability in mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

You’ll go the extra mile if you have:

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
