Merchandising Sales Associate

This position involves working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to execute tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. The role also includes supporting merchandise and fixture assembly, maintaining signage, and interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include maintaining regular attendance, completing planograms and resets accurately, maintaining visual standards, performing store measurements, inventory counts, price changes, signage installation, assembling merchandise and fixtures, and delivering excellent customer service following the GURA model:
Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.

Qualifications required are prior retail or merchandising experience, with knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

Skills and Abilities include strong communication, problem-solving, basic computer skills, interpersonal skills, self-direction, and the ability to resolve issues ethically.

Working Conditions involve indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise, hard surfaces, and variable shifts typically lasting 4-8 hours. Safety adherence is required.

Physical Requirements include the ability to move and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds, operate equipment, and perform physical activities like standing, kneeling, reaching, and climbing ladders throughout the shift.
