We are looking for smiling, enthusiastic individuals with knowledge of sporting goods, merchandising skills, and most importantly the ability to provide customers with an excellent level of service. This is a fun, fast-paced work environment with variety in the day-to-day operation of the store.

Driving sales through customer service and report analysis.

Must have 5 years of retail management experience.

Strong organizational and leadership skills, interpersonal/communication skills, problem-solving ability, and analytical skills.

Enthusiasm and initiative are key.

Ability to provide customers with a high level of service, and to train and motivate staff to do the same.

Build enthusiasm within the store to create a positive work environment.

Merchandise knowledge preferred (apparel, field & stream, footwear, exercise, and general athletics).

Availability to work any hours the store is open.
