Part-Time Sales Associate; Roanoke Rapids, NC

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Sales Associate is responsible for leasing self‑storage units, collecting rent, and maintaining the facility. Leasing self‑storage units involves keeping the office open during posted hours and answering the phone. Collecting rent from tenants involves accurately processing payments in the leasing office and over the phone. Maintaining the storage facility involves keeping the leasing office clean and neat as well as maintaining all vacant self‑storage units in rent‑ready condition.

This is a fun, sales‑focused job with a wide variety of office & onsite duties working directly with the public.

• Part Time Position
• Up to 29 hours per week
• Weekend, weekday & holidays availability necessary!
• Competitive hourly rate (pay differential for weekends & holidays) plus $15.00 per lease monthly bonus!

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum age of 21 years old
• Must own reliable transportation
• Must have a Valid and maintain State Driver’s License
• Background & Driving Record Check, Pre‑Employment Drug Screen & Physical Required

The location will be at our Ample Storage facility at 1701 East 10th Street, Roanoke Rapids, NC 27870.
