Merchandising Sales Associate

The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include maintaining attendance, working varied shifts, completing planograms and resets accurately, maintaining visual standards, performing store measurements, completing layout initiatives, cycle counts, signage hanging, assembling merchandise, and ensuring a high level of customer service through GURA principles:
Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend, and Add Value.

Qualifications include prior retail or merchandising experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to read, write, and count. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills are also desirable.

Working Conditions involve indoor and outdoor environments, travel between stores in personal vehicles, and physical activity such as lifting, standing, and operating equipment. The role requires physical stamina and safety awareness.

Physical Requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, travel as needed, operate store equipment, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
