We’re looking for an Onsite - Escrow Assistant for our client. If you have 1-3 years of experience in escrow documentation, bank reconciliation and manage outstanding deposits then this is a great opportunity to grow your career with a company known for excellence.
What You’ll Do- Provide daily bank reconciliation for escrow offices in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage outstanding deposits and disbursements, including handling checks, wires, and balancing files to lender instructions.
- Review signed lender refinance packages (notes, security instruments, affidavits) to approve funding.
- Support internal and external customers by resolving issues through integrated systems, email, and phone communication.
- Perform ancillary functions such as check reissue, trial balance reconciliation, and refund processing.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all escrow disbursement activities.
- Professionalism and Customer Service: Ability to maintain a positive service attitude and deliver exceptional support.

Strong analytical thinking to resolve reconciliation and funding issues. - Organizational
Skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. - Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of MS Office Suite and familiarity with company/client operating systems.
