This leadership role is responsible for overseeing and supporting multiple company locations and ensuring that physical work environments remain functional, efficient, and ready to support business activities. The position will play an important role in helping the organization scale, supporting location transitions, coordinating external partners, and creating consistent operating practices across a growing footprint.
The individual in this role will balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution and will be expected to exercise independent judgment regarding operational priorities, resource allocation, project coordination, and third‑party partner management.
This is not a people‑management position at this time. Success will be achieved primarily through collaboration with external partners, service providers, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the overall functionality and readiness of multiple company locations.
- Develop and maintain programs that promote reliability and continuity of operations.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for location-related issues and external service partners.
- Maintain documentation, records, inventories, and operational resources.
- Coordinate timely responses to urgent site‑related concerns.
- Lead location upgrades, transitions, and expansion‑related activities.
- Coordinate implementation efforts with internal stakeholders and outside partners.
- Manage schedules, milestones, budgets, and project deliverables.
- Support the launch and preparation of future company locations.
- Develop repeatable methods and best practices that can be applied across multiple sites.
- Identify, engage, and oversee external providers supporting company operations.
- Monitor service quality, responsiveness, and overall effectiveness.
- Support annual planning and expense management activities.
- Evaluate opportunities for efficiency improvements and standardization.
- Establish expectations and accountability measures for service providers.
- Create scalable processes, procedures, and documentation.
- Establish workflows, priorities, and escalation paths.
- Promote consistency in site appearance, readiness, and overall operational performance.
- Support leadership with reporting, recommendations, and improvement opportunities.

- Support company programs related to workplace readiness and operational requirements.
- Coordinate inspections, assessments, and corrective action activities as needed.
- Maintain documentation and records supporting business continuity efforts.

- Formal education in business, operations, technical, or related disciplines.
