The Construction Manager Trainee will work under the supervision of a Construction Manager to assist in managing new home construction and providing customer service. The role may lead to a full Construction Manager position once key core competencies are met, such as community availability, effective construction management, oversight of trade and vendor relationships, and customer service within assigned subdivisions.

• Management experience
• Home building experience preferred
• Customer service skills
• Computer skills:
  Outlook, Word, Excel
• Mechanical aptitude to understand construction science and systems
