- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC distribution or a related industry.
- Proven experience in training and development, with a focus on adult learning principles.
- Certification in HVAC technology or related field.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and digital training tools.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and market trends.
- Design and implement training programs for HVAC distribution staff nationwide.
- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with product managers and sales teams to ensure training content aligns with business objectives.
- Provide ongoing support and resources to distribution teams to reinforce training concepts.
The required skills for this role include strong communication and presentation abilities, which are essential for effectively conveying complex HVAC concepts to diverse audiences.
