• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC distribution or a related industry.
• Proven experience in training and development, with a focus on adult learning principles.

• Certification in HVAC technology or related field.
• Experience with e-learning platforms and digital training tools.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and market trends.

• Design and implement training programs for HVAC distribution staff nationwide.
• Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with product managers and sales teams to ensure training content aligns with business objectives.
• Provide ongoing support and resources to distribution teams to reinforce training concepts.
