• Define and enforce PAM policies, standards, and procedures that align with regulatory and organizational compliance.
• Assess PAM controls and recommend improvements to strengthen client security posture.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to identify and mitigate privileged access risks.
• Stay current with emerging PAM and cybersecurity technologies to drive continuous improvement.

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity architecture, with expertise in PAM and secrets management
  .
• Proven track record architecting and deploying enterprise-scale PAM solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with Hashi Corp Vault and modern secrets management concepts (ephemeral secrets, machine identity, key rotation).
• Strong knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) and privilege‑based risk mitigation.
• Familiarity with frameworks and standards such as PCI DSS
  , HIPAA
  , GDPR
  , etc.
• Understanding of cloud architectures
  , including IAM for cloud services, SSDLC, encryption, and key management.
• Experience balancing build vs. buy PAM solution strategies.
• Excellent communication and consensus‑building skills
