The HVAC Technical Services National Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the technical operations of HVAC systems across our retail locations nationwide. This position is responsible for ensuring that all HVAC systems are functioning optimally, thereby enhancing the comfort and safety of our customers and employees. The manager will lead a team of technicians and coordinate with various departments to implement best practices in HVAC maintenance and repair.

Additionally, this role will involve developing training programs to elevate the technical skills of the team and ensure compliance with industry standards. Ultimately, the success of this position will be measured by improved system efficiency, reduced downtime, and enhanced customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC management or technical services.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and energy efficiency practices.

• Professional certification such as HVAC Excellence or NATE.
• Experience in the retail industry or managing multiple locations.
• Familiarity with building automation systems and energy management software.

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems across all retail locations.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for HVAC technical services.
• Manage a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure HVAC systems meet operational needs and safety standards.
• Monitor and analyze HVAC system performance data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.

The required skills for this role include strong leadership and communication abilities, which are essential for managing a diverse team and collaborating with other departments.
