What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of tax associates while maintaining hands‑on involvement with client work.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of Tax experience in public accounting or related environment.
• CPA certification required (EA may be considered).
• Strong expertise in individual and business tax strategy.
• Proven experience managing, training, or mentoring staff.
• Someone who is innovative, analytical, and excited to bring new ideas to the table.
