Director, FP&A

Our client, a leading consumer products company with a portfolio of established brands, is seeking a Director of FP&A to lead financial planning, analysis and strategic business performance initiatives. This person will oversee budgeting and forecasting; deliver timely financial reporting and variance analysis; and partner cross-functionally with commercial, operations and executive leadership to drive business performance. The ideal candidate will have proven FP&A leadership experience in a CPG or consumer products environment, a track record in private equity-backed or high-growth organizations and strong financial, analytical and strategic partnership skills with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach.

Private Equity (Portfolio Operations), Private Equity (Investment Team)

Quality senior finance and accounting talent poses a serious threat to private equity firms and portfolio companies alike.

If you’re a financial planning and analysis professional considering a role in a private equity portfolio company, the path can be both challenging and rewarding.

Private equity portfolios and their sponsors are eyeing dynamic FP&A hires to focus on both strategic finance and corporate development.
